The laser allows for significantly smaller welds of microscopic sizes, which in turn minimizes the heat-affected zone
on the surrounding material. Therefore, laser welding is an excellent choice for joining even very small details
that are difficult to weld using other methods.
Easy laser welders are available in three power variants: 1.5kW, 2kW, and 3kW, allowing for adaptation
to various industrial needs. All models are equipped with advanced liquid-cooled laser sources, ensuring high
efficiency and reliability. This allows users to enjoy precise welding, process stability, and energy efficiency,
minimizing operational costs. The power options enable optimal device customization for specific applications,
guaranteeing efficient and economical production processes.

LASER HEADS
F230 Head
Modern laser heads allow for focal length adjustment. Additionally, they are equipped with a wire feeder mechanism. Ergonomic and easy to operate, they provide precise and convenient work for the operator. Comes with a set of starter nozzles.
Optionally, the head can be changed to F210.

Laser cutting enables precise separation of materials, creating exact and clean edges without the need for mechanical processing. The cutting function as an additional option of the device allows for cutting stainless steel up to 2mm, carbon steel up to 1.5mm. Copper and aluminum, being materials that strongly reflect the beam, should not be subjected to the laser cutting process.
Laser cleaning is an effective method of removing contaminants, paint layers, or rust from material surfaces, while maintaining their integrity and quality. Thanks to these applications of laser technology, we achieve exceptional efficiency in material processing with minimal impact on their structure.
WIRE FEEDER USE IN LASER WELDING
The wire feeder, being an integral part of the laser welding system, enables precise and controlled delivery of additional material to the welding zone.
