Laser welders Easy are available in three power variants: 1.5kW, 2kW, and 3kW,
allowing for adaptation to various industrial needs. All models are equipped with advanced
liquid-cooled laser sources, ensuring their high efficiency and reliability.
This enables users to enjoy precise welding, process stability, and energy efficiency,
minimizing operating costs. The choice of power allows for optimal adaptation of the

The modern laser head allows for focal length adjustment. Additionally, it is equipped with a welding wire feeder mechanism. Ergonomic and user-friendly, it ensures precise and comfortable operation for the operator. Comes with a set of starter nozzles.
As an option, there's the possibility to switch the F210 head.

The device surpasses traditional welding methods such as MIG or TIG, due to the exceptional precision it offers. Laser enables the creation of significantly smaller welds with microscopic dimensions, minimizing the heat-affected zone on the surrounding material. As a result, laser welding is an excellent choice for joining even very small details that are difficult to connect using other welding methods.
Laser cutting allows for precise separation of materials, creating accurate and clean edges without the need for mechanical processing. The cutting function as an additional device option enables cutting stainless steel up to 2mm, and carbon steel up to 1.5mm. Copper and aluminum are materials with a strong beam-reflecting coefficient and should not be subjected to laser cutting.
Laser cleaning is an effective method of removing contaminants, paint layers, or rust from material surfaces, while preserving their integrity and quality. Thanks to these applications of laser technology, we achieve exceptional efficiency in material processing with minimal impact on their structure.
APPLICATION OF WIRE FEEDER IN LASER WELDING
The wire feeder, being an integral part of the laser welding system, enables precise and controlled delivery of additional material to the welding zone.
