ACCURACY AND REPEATABILITY
Rotary tables allow for precise setting of rotational speed. In positioners, we can additionally finely adjust the rotation angle. This ensures the accuracy and repeatability of welds. This is of crucial importance in tasks where high weld quality is required.
WELD JOINT UNIFORMITY
Rotary tables and positioners enable the rotation of the welded component around its own axis, granting the welder access to the entire weld surface. This allows for even distribution of welded joints, leading to uniformity and stability in the weld.
SPARTUS® ROTARY TABLES NEW
SPARTUS® rotary tables are specifically designed for vertical position operation. The adjustable start with smooth braking on fluid rotations is made possible by utilizing top-tier inverter-controlled motors. The compact and solid construction of the device ensures convenient access to the processed element, allowing for precise and comfortable work. Control interface: manual panel + foot pedal (on separate cables).

SPARTUS® WELDING POSITIONERS
The table with a positioner allows for adjusting the workstation position according to the worker's needs. The positioner provides the ability to rotate the worktable with variable speed in both directions and change the angle of the main frame. Control is achieved through a foot pedal. The self-locking drive ensures that the rotating disc halts in any position. The positioner's mechanisms enable rotation around its own axis and deviation of the rotator up to 140° from the horizontal, while the tilt angle after mounting the tabletop is 90°. Control interface: manual panel + foot pedal (on separate cables).
